Record and send a dated voice note saying, clearly and in full sentences: your name, your age, your division, and where you were born.
This gives us a consistent, comparable sample of your natural speech to track pitch and vocal cord changes over time. Record it in a quiet room, at a normal speaking volume, the same way each time. This is sent separately — it isn't part of the typed summary below.
